How We Started
Greg Kuzma and Mike Ashley worked together at Hamot Hospital for 9 years before deciding to open their own clinic on West 8th St. While at Hamot, they gained extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and wound care as well as use of phototherapy for treatment of skin conditions. Additionally, Greg served on the Total Joint Committee for 7 years. Since opening, Ashley & Kuzma has added on a number of new employees including skilled PTs and PTAs and recent graduates from Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs that provide current best evidence in the field of physical therapy. We offer the best physical therapy treatments to Erie, PA and the surrounding areas. We even won Erie’s Choice - Best Physical Therapy Office in 2021 and 2022!
Our Mission
Our goal is to provide the Erie area with the highest quality outpatient rehabilitation by developing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and doing so with honesty and integrity to get our patients back to optimal function.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide the Erie area with rehabilitation services as well as health and exercise education to create a healthy, active, and thriving community.
Unlike most outpatient clinics, we use a team approach to treatment which means you get collaboration between staff, frequent feedback and assistance, and timeliness throughout your session. Our team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and technicians is committed to accommodating your needs and offers treatment during the early morning and evening. We work with patients for sports related injuries, post surgical rehab, and general back pain as well as a number of other conditions.
